Keeping your username and password secret is your responsibility. Using your account or password will make you fully responsible for any and all actions were taken by other users. Any time you suspect someone else may have gained access to your account information or there has been any other breach of security, you must immediately alert us.

Conferring of Ownership Rights

You understand and agree that Klien Packagings owns the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights and laws that protect the content, materials, and other components (such as logos, images, button icons, and page headers) available on the Site. Klien Packagings uses a group of third-party suppliers to fulfil orders for certain of the items offered on the Site and, in some cases, to even drop-ship those items straight to you. Content uploaded on or transmitted through the Site, or anything advertised on the Site, by our vendors may infringe on copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, and we will not be held liable for any such infringement.

Accuracy of Material and Quantity Restriction

Although we have done our best to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on this Site, there may be instances of a typographical error, incorrect pricing, and other mistakes or inaccuracies. As soon as it is possible, we will fix any mistakes that have been made. We retain the right, without prior notice, to (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) rectify any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions, specifications, and other information (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped or received). Acceptance of Credit Cards as a Method of Payment

To complete a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Credit card fraud is not the responsibility of Klien Packagings. In the case of fraudulent use of a card, the burden of ‘proving otherwise’ rests squarely on the shoulders of the person making the fraudulent use.

Submissions

Indemnification

You undertake to assist in the defence of any claim in any way that is reasonably requested by the defending party. Loss risks 

Our Site uses a contracted third-party shipping company to transport customer orders. Therefore, upon our delivery to the courier, the risk of loss and title for such things pass to you.

Site Availability and Termination

Without prior warning or liability, we reserve the right to make changes to, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate all or a portion of this Site. Your use of the Site, your membership, or any part thereof, may be terminated or suspended at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use. Any order that we suspect of being fraudulent may be cancelled, delayed, refused to ship, or recalled from the shipper at our discretion. Copyright Violations: How to Report Them and Have Them Removed

You may request the removal of content from this Site if you believe it violates your copyright. International Application

Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any licence or right to access or use of any kind outside of Asia. Any person who chooses to use this Site from a location outside of the Asia region does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are relevant.

Miscellaneous

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Klien Packagings with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous discussions and proposals (whether verbal, written, or electronic) between you and Klien Packagings with respect to the Site. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law so as to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our inaction with respect to a breach by you or others does not renounce our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If Klien Packagings does not take action to enforce a provision of these Terms of Use, it does not mean it has given up the right to do so later. These Terms of Use are not limited or otherwise affected by the section titles provided above, which are included for convenience only.
